All Bona Primers will effectively seal the floor. This
is beneficial for the floor as the absorbency of the
timber is reduced, preventing the topcoats form soaking
into the timber. It has the benefit of reducing side
bonding and achieves a better appearance by giving more
depth to the finish.
A high solid single
component acrylate primer for use on wooden
floors prior to over coating with Bona waterborne
finishes. It gives the surface a well bodied
appearance and reduces the risk of side bonding
due to its flexibility.
A single component polyurethane
acrylate primer for use on wooden floors prior
to over coating with Bona waterborne finishes.
It is quick drying and will provide additional
depth to the finish with a natural appearance.
A single component,
100% polyurethane primer for use on wooden
floors prior to over coating with Bona waterborne
finishes. It gives a rich colouration whilst
providing increased “build” on
the timber surface improving wear resistance.
